About Us
Our Future Home
On Sunday, July 30, 2000, a small assembly of twenty-four charter members under the leadership of Rev. Patrick D. Foy, met to establish a new church. After considerable thought and discernment, the name United in Christ Baptist Church of Apple Valley was chosen for the new fellowship. On September 3, 2000, the church celebrated its first official service and communion.
On September 10, 2000, with over fifty members and friends in attendance, United in Christ had their first service in the building on Nomwaket Rd. which was to be their first home.
With great excitement and thanksgiving to a faithful God, United in Christ installed Rev. Patrick D. Foy as Pastor of United in Christ Baptist Church on February 17, 2001. Family and friends came from near and far to the Church of the Valley in Apple Valley, CA for this momentous celebration.
The faithfulness of God has kept our ministry as we have grown numerically and spiritually. The Lord has blessed us to purchase and own 4.75 acres of land on Dale Evans Parkway in Apple Valley, CA. With mustard seed like faith, we are presently embarking on the building project that will be our new home on Dale Evans Parkway.
The United in Christ family has grown to over four hundred members. We have added many ministries, staff, and worship and study opportunities. We are a teaching ministry which focuses on the preaching and teaching the Word of God. God is truly blessing us as we continue to put our trust in Him never wavering, never doubting.
